The monthly subscription fee for using our ads portal is RM50. This fee is charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription date.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If you have paid the subscription fee but have not received access to the service.
- Technical Issues: If there were significant technical issues on our platform that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, impacting your ability to use the service.
- Billing Errors: If there was an error in the billing process that resulted in overcharging or an incorrect charge.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
- Decision: If approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Promotional Offers: Subscriptions obtained through promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable.
- Used Services: Refunds are not available for services that have been used or accessed during the subscription period.
